Still making us laugh
So, it’s official, Alan ‘Internet’ Partridge is a hit.
Not only has the great man enjoyed well over a million combined hits for the first four episodes of Mid Morning Matters on YouTube … now the programme has been shortlisted four a South Bank award … the first online only show to receive such an accolade.
For those who haven’t been following the adventures of one of the 1990s greatest comedy creations, he’s now working for North Norfolk Digital and he has a new friend. No longer does Alan have to nip down the local BP garage when he wants a chat, in the digital age, he has Sidekick Simon in the studio with him.
Expect more fun and games this week from Steve Coogan and Armando Iannucci’s creative pens.
